How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy.  Simply find what you want to purchase and add it to your shopping bag.   Make your way to the checkout and pay for your goods.  It's just like a real shop.  We've also stepped through the process of placing your first order to help you.

I need a uniform for my child, but I don't know what size I need.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed Mon- Fri, 9am - 5pm.  The time it takes to reach you will depend on a number of factors, a few being: what postage you have specified, the destination distance from Melbourne and the time we receive the order.  You can find more information on order processing times here.

I haven't received my parcel.

If you haven't received your parcel within a reasonable time of placing your order, give Customer Service a call on FREECALL Australia 1800 811 312. Some explanations on why your delivery may have been delayed or has not arrived can be found at the bottom of our Shipping and Delivery Methods section.

I need to amend my order but it's already processed.  What do I do?

Read through our Information and guide on amending your order.  Oversights can be easily amended by contacting a Customer Service Representative on FREECALL Australia 1800 811 312. 

How can I check where my order sits in the processing queue?

Checking the status of your order is simple, as long as you remember the email and password you entered during the Checking Out process.  View how to track your order.

I can't sign into my Customer Account...I've forgotten my password.

I need to return an item.

Returning or exchanging an item is easy.

I didn't receive all the items I ordered.
