Returning an Item

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Packing and sending your return

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  1. For unworn items - repack your item in the original packaging.
  2. Include your original or a copy of your invoice.  If you would like an exchange, place another order online.  We will credit you for your return once it is received. (Sorry, we cannot accept requests for exchanges mailed with your return at this time.)
  3. Include a reason for each item you wish to return.  This is merely used for feedback to our product team to continue to improve our products.

No longer have the invoice?

Please log in and view your order and print out a summary of your order. Circle the item(s) you are returning, state the reason for return, and include the printout with your return.

Returning items you didn't order?

Please email us if you received additional items or if there are missing items from your order, at your earliest convenience.  Please provide the following details:

  • Name
  • Contact number
  • Invoice or web order number
  • Item/s incorrectly received

Please note: Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Unfortunately, The Scouts Shop cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sorry, we cannot accept COD deliveries.
