Tracking My Order
You can view the current status of your order by accessing your Customer Account through the Customer Account Login. The login is located in the Shopping Bag Facility in the top right hand corner of the Website or here.
At the Customer Account Login screen, enter your email address and password. These were specified by you during the Checking Out process. Upon arriving at the My Account Screen, you can view the current status of your order.
I Need to Change the Payment Method or Shipping Address for My Order.
Provided your order hasn't entered the shipping process you can change its payment method or shipping address.Vusit our page on updating the shipping and billing information for your order, for more information.
