Viewing and Amending an Existing Order
You can view and amend your existing order during the Shopping process by accessing the contents of your Shopping Bag. This can be done from the time of adding items to your Bag until the Billing Step of the Checkout Process. When the order progresses to the Payment Step, no further amendments can be made.
During the Shopping Process
- You can access the contents of your Shopping Bag at any time by selecting the Items in your Bag link in the Shopping Bag Facility (top right corner of the page). Here you can review the details of the items you have added (style, colour, size, quantity, price etc...). If necessary, you can amend the desired quantity or remove the item altogether. You can also return to the item via the available link and review specifics of the product.
- When entering the Checking Out Process, you can again access the contents of your Shopping Bag at the first step of the process - "Your Shopping Bag". Here you can review the details of the items you have added (style, colour, size, quantity, price etc...) and amend your order if necessary. It is important to review your Shopping Bag before proceeding to the next step to ensure you have chosen the correct products, but also, the correct variables of products (size, colour etc...)
- You can view your Shopping Bag at any point during the Checking Out process by selecting the "Your Shopping Bag" tab of the horizontal bar located at the top of the page. Where you currently sit within the process is highlighted in orange.
Amending an order after Checking Out
During the Checking Out process, you are unable to amend your order online once you have chosen your payment option. Instead, you will need to contact Customer Service on FREECALL Australia 1800 811 312 Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Please note that if you opt to send an email to notify us of the amendment, the processing and shipping of your order may be delayed.
Adding Items to an Order
Please note: Customer Service requires the earliest notification possible to ensure the processing and shipping of your order is not impeded. If possible, please contact a Customer Representative as soon as you are aware of the amendment required. Also, additional payment for postage may be required if the weight of the parcel exceeds the original postal charge threshold. In this instance, we will need to obtain payment details over the phone to continue to process your order.
Removing Items from an Order
Please note: Customer Service requires the earliest notification possible to ensure we do not ship unwanted goods that will need to be returned. If possible, please contact a Customer Representative as soon as you are aware of the amendment required. If you opted to pay with a Credit Card, we will need to re-credit your card via the online payment facility. If you paid via Cheque or Money Order an alternative to a cash refund will need to be sought. Also, a partial postage refund may apply if the weight of the parcel decreases the charge to a lower threshold.
Changing Postal type
Please Note: Customer Service requires the earliest notification possible to ensure the processing and shipping of your order is not impeded. If possible, please contact a Customer Representative as soon as you are aware of the amendment required. We may need to obtain your Credit Card details to amend any payments regarding postal charges.
Changing the Shipping Address
Please Note: Customer Service requires the earliest notification possible to ensure the processing and shipping of your order is not impeded and we do not ship your goods to the wrong address. If possible, please contact a Customer Representative as soon as you are aware of the amendment required.
